Our Profile

Mr. P. HARISH REDDY is  an expert in the fields of Product Design and Process Design and worked across many diversified  Organizations. He has got more than 24 years experience in the fields of Design,  Research  and Development, New Product Development, Reliability and Quality Engineering spanning the sectors like Aerospace Engineering, Automotive, Electro – Chemical Devices, Electronic Weighing Scales, Load Cells, Railways and Home Appliances. He is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and Post Graduate in Thermal Engineering from Reputed Universities in India.

Mr. Reddy has worked on a Al-AgO Battery and Designed the Components using the Parametric Modelling Principles there by for Future versions it is easy to Develop the Components in addition to Developing the required Algorithms based on the Design Formulae and Equations such that by varying the Inlet Flow all the other Parameters are Outputed and varied Automatically.

He has done R&D activities and Developed a Lithium Polymer Test Cell successfully. He has Designed and Successfully Developed an Electric Scooter which uses a BLDC Motor and Designed a Unique Light Weight Tubular Chassis Frame which are in serial Production. He has Designed an EMF Scale and Invented a Ring Load Cell made of Aluminium used in Weigh Pads. These Weigh Pads weighs 17 Kgs only and can measure upto 20 Tons which will be used by Law Enforcement Officials. He has done extensive Research on Fatigue Failures and identified loopholes in the Design of Railway Piers due to which derailing of Trains takes place. The Design of the Piers was modified and got it fabricated, Tested and the Design was approved and these Redesigned Piers are into Production and are being supplied to Indian Railways. He has also Designed an improvised 2V Lead Acid Battery for Railway Coaches.

He has worked on Flight simulation on the ground and Designed and Tested successfully many Innovative simulation equipments. He has designed many Jigs and Fixtures for Manufacturing Mission critical Flight components.
